A young Vincenzo spent 14 years training and working for the leading butcher and smallgoods masters in WA during the 60’s & 70’s. The Mondo story begins on the 31st May 1979 when Anne & Vincenzo Garreffa opened Mondo Di Carne (World of Meat) in Midland. Quickly shortened to Mondo by our supportive customers, Mondo is well known for quality, service and Australia’s best meats & award-winning smallgoods.

Mondo Smallgoods traditional recipes focus on quality with minimal or no artificial preservatives. Mondo has always sold this range through our own stores and to the best chefs across Australia. Mondo is now bringing this range to independent stores offering you the convenience of Mondo quality closer to your home.

Mondo Smallgoods produces an extensive range of traditional and Artisan Smallgoods / Charcuterie – Salami, Ham, Mortadella, Guanciale, Nduja, Pastrami, Pancetta, Bacon, Prosciutto, Coppa, Cappocollo, Lombo and much more.
