The Mondo Alliance program is our commitment to partnering and supporting only suppliers that meet our high standards of ethical and sustainable practices while providing the highest quality local produce.

There is no better example of this than our “White Rocks” Veal, a partnership started in 1989 between Mondo and the Partridge family from Brunswick Junction. Mondo has been processing and marketing White Rocks Veal for over 35 years. It is now Australia’s oldest and most awarded veal program and an established international name in cities such as New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore, to name a few.
