Raw Red Meat items and All Cooked items are refrigerated cold and vacuum sealed.
All Raw Poultry is FROZEN and vacuum sealed. Please allow 2 to 3 days in the fridge to defrost these items.

Most items are Fresh and Refrigerated. Some items may be frozen if that is the only available stock left. If you wish to have anything in particular Frozen or Fresh please leave us a note in the Notes section upon check out.

Most easily available Raw items will be able to be Picked Up as soon as Next Day if ordered before 3pm. Complex Items and Cooked Items will require a few days notice. The Cart automatically detects these items and will only let you select correct pick up dates upon check out. 

Deliveries all require a few days notice, and the check out process will only let you select correct dates.

banquet & function catering

We have Banquet Catering items for your big occasions or family dinners, and also smaller items for treating that special someone in your life, especially if that someone is yourself!
All Banquet Menu Products (BQ) are Vacuum Sealed unless stated otherwise.
This means in the Fridge, it can last approximately up to 3 weeks from the date of pick up.

For your big family functions or parties we have a Function Catering Menu.
If there is something specific you would like and it is not on our menu please call and talk to Vince. We will tailor menus to your requirements where possible.

Vince Garreffa’s book “The Flesh in my Life” is available to order online with proceeds going to Lifeline (national charity).


We offer Cooking Classes every year. Dates come out in January of each year. You may book into them before the dates are released if you wish. Go to the Cooking Classes page from the menu up top to see the currently listed classes.
