West Australian Beef Tenderloin, Prosciutto, Mushrooms, Shallots, Garlic, Mushrooms, Asparagus, Shallots, Parsley, Cream, Butter, Salt, Pepper, Careme Pastry (Wheat Flour, Butter, Water, Salt, Vinegar).
CONTAINS: Gluten, Milk Products.
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cardboard tray from the product. Then place on an oiled baking tray and rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
Then brush with a beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200°C, for 30 minutes, then a further 15 to 30 minutes at 150°C, until the pastry is golden brown.
Allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving.
