A boneless Free Range Chicken stuffed with dried apricots is placed into a boneless Free Range Duck which is then placed into a large boneless Free Range Turkey, marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our Mondo Spice Mix with the wings & drumsticks left bone-in.
(This product comes frozen due to it being poultry). Please allow 24 to 48 hours to defrost in your fridge.

Defrost this product in the fridge over 1 or 2 days for safest results.
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. Now rest on a rack in a tray with a little water underneath the rack.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 175°C. Cook the roast to an internal temperature of 65°C (measured with a meat thermometer). In the last 60 minutes of cooking baste often with oil or the poultry’s own juices. Allow to rest for 20 minutes covered in alfoil before carving.
If you like you can glaze the turkey quintet with a mix of orange juice, honey and brown sugar every 10 minutes during the last 30 minutes for a fabulous finish. Carve starting at the drumstick end. Please note the quail in the center is bone in and should be eaten carefully.
