Free Range Turkey, Veal Mince, Mushroom, Spring Onion, Parmesan Cheese, Pine Nuts, Organic Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Olive Oil.
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product.
Sear the outside of the parcels in a pan with olive oil. Then bake the roast in the oven at 170°C, for approx. 20 to 30 minutes, to an internal temperature of 65°C (measured with a meat thermometer). Allow to rest for 10 minutes in alfoil before carving.
