Pork Spare Ribs, Vegetable Oil, Cumin, Paprika, Chilli Flakes, Dark Brown Sugar, Sugar, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Garlic.
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. We recommend that all spiced and salted roasts are stored at room temperature for 1 hour prior to cooking.
Pre heat oven to 180°C. Then bake for approx. 90 minutes or until tender. Baste with honey & crushed garlic 10 minutes before removing from oven.
Note: String not edible.
