A mosaic cut lamb with a mouth watering marinade
Serves 2 to 4 Persons
minimum net weight 1kg
Lamb, Basil, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Olive Oil, Pinenuts, Grated Parmesan.
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. Rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
Cook the roast in the oven at 225°C, for approx. 45 minutes, to an internal temperature of 60°C (measured with a meat thermometer). Allow to rest for 15 minutes in alfoil before carving.
Alternatively you can use the Weber or a Covered BBQ.
Serve in pieces with your favourite mash potato.
Cooking time approx. 1 – 1 ½ hrs
