RT – Pulled Lamb in a Bag (min. 2kg)
Lamb, Spring Onion, Parsley, Mondo Spice Mix (Organic Lake Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Sage).
Place in the oven (in the oven bag it is packed in).
With a skewer, poke 4 tiny holes into the top of the oven bag.
Roast low and slow for 4 hours at 140C
