Moroccan Lamb Shoulder with Sauce – Cooked & Cold (raw weight 2.5kg)
A boneless West Australian lamb shoulder rolled with our Moroccan Stuffing marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our Mondo Spice Mix. Has been roasted by our chefs to perfection for you. Reheat or serve cold. This roast also comes with a container of our Moroccan Marinade to pour on the slices when serving.

West Australian Lamb, Brown Rice, Carrot, Peas, Sultanas, Almonds, Onion, Canola Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mondo Spice Mix (Organic Lake Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Sage).
Moroccan Marinade: Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Ginger, Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper.
Reheating this product as a whole piece means you should consume the whole lot within 24 hours.
For the best results slice and heat up only what you need
leaving the rest in the fridge wrapped in cloth
(just like you would with a ham).
Don’t use plastic or alfoil on cooked meats in the fridge.
For fast reheating, moisten slices with any meat stock
or your favourite sauce then microwave
(if you can’t help yourself)
or cover a baking tray of slices with alfoil and reheat
in your oven at 200⁰C for approx. 20 – 30 minutes.
