An English favourite ready to cook yourself. A bone in half WA Free Range pork leg, cured and smoked ready to bake or simmer yourself fresh on the day.

WA Free Range Pork, Salt, Sugar, Mineral Salt(451,452,500), Antioxidant(318), Sodium Nitrate(250) Smoked With Beech Wood Chips.
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. Gammon Legs may be simmered or roasted for approx. 3 to 4 hours.
Vince Garreffa prefers to bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°C. Cook to an internal temperature of 68°C (measured with a meat thermometer). Allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes before carving.
If you choose to simmer, then be careful not to boil! If you begin to boil, turn down the heat to return to a simmer. Boiled Gammon makes soup, Simmered Gammon makes ham.
