A Plain Free Range Turkey fully naked and unspiced ready for you to spice and stuff with your own recipe.
(This product comes frozen due to it being poultry). Please allow 24 to 48 hours to defrost in your fridge.
Free Range Turkey
Defrost this product in the fridge over 2 or 3 days for safest results.
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product.
Cook the roast in a pre-heated oven at 175°C using a rack in the tray if possible, to an internal temperature of 65°C (measured with a meat thermometer at the thickest part of the turkey). Baste often with oil or the poultry’s own juices. Allow to rest for 20 minutes in alfoil before carving.
Note: String not edible.
Cooking time approx. 1 ½ – 5 ½ hrs (depending on size of Turkey)
Please note that if you put a stuffing into your turkey it will take up to 30 minutes longer.
