INGREDIENTS

Beef Tenderloin, Dijon Mustard, Parsley, Mushroom Duxelle (Mushroom, Beef Mince, Onion, Butter, Cream, Parsley, Salt, Pepper), Puff Pastry.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pre heat your oven to 175C, Baste the Wellington with the Yolk of 1 egg. Then Bake for 175C for approx. 40 mins. (This cooks to Medium Rare).
