A Beef Brisket has been brined using our Pulled Meat Brine and then massaged with our Pulled Meat Dry Rub.
This is then ready for you to take home home and slowly roast for 6 to 8 hours at 125⁰C.
We recommend purchasing the Pulled Meat – Meat Sauce to then drizzle over the beef brisket before serving.

Beef, Cumin, Garlic, Onion, Celery Salt, Cayenne, Organic Lake Salt, Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Nutmeg, Mustard Powder, Brown Sugar, Bay Leaves.
Slow roast at 125°C for 6 to 8 hours. Cover with alfoil and rest for 20 minutes before serving. Use two forks to pull the meat from the bone and shred into fibers.
