West Australian Scotch Fillet, Black Angus Beef, Olives, Spring Onion, Organic Lake Salt, Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mondo Spice Mix (Organic Lake Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Sage).
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. After resting for 1/2 hour at room temperature,
bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C. Cook the roast to an internal temperature of 58°C (measured with a meat thermometer). Allow to rest for 15 to 20 minutes in alfoil before carving. Cut strings off as you progressively carve through the product.
