Want to glaze your own ham the easy way?
This kit provides you with 500ml of Mondo Glaze mix, Glazing Brush and instructions.
Glazing Brush, Honey, Orange Juice, Mustard, Dark Brown Sugar.
Remove all plastic and packaging from the product. Then remove the skin and score the fat. Warm the glazing mixture in a pot and stir to ensure it is well combined. Baste the Ham with the mixture and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approx. 30 minutes, continuing to baste every 10 minutes. Allow to cool, then decorate with glazed cherries, cloves and/or pineapple before serving cold. Alternatively, bake for approx. 1½ hour, basting every 10 minutes, decorate with glazed cherries and cloves serve hot.
