A Wagyu Beef Brisket has been brined using our Pulled Meat Brine and then massaged with our Pulled Meat Dry Rub.  This is then ready for you to take home and slowly roast for 6 to 8 hours at 125C.  We recommend purchasing the Pulled Meat - Meat Sauce to then drizzle over the brisket before serving.

Please note the Pulled Meat - Meat Sauce needs to be purchased seperately.  

Serves 8 to 12 persons (minimum net weight 3kg)

Ingredients

Darling Downs Wagyu Beef, cumin, garlic, onion, celery salt, cayenne pepper, organic lake salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, nutmeg, mustard powder, brown sugar, bay leaves.  GLUTEN FREE

Cooking Instructions

Slow roast at 125°C for 6 to 8 hours.  Cover with alfoil and rest for 20 minutes before serving.  Use two forks to pull the meat from the bone and shred into fibres.  We recommend purchasing the Pulled Meat - Meat Sauce to then drizzle over the pulled pork before serving.
