A succulent prime White Point Wagyu beef roast of scotch fillet on the bone that we have dry aged for 30 days then trimmed, marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix. Ready for the oven or weber.
Serves 10 to 16+ persons (minimum net weight 4kg). Please note that the photo is NOT an indication of the ribs you will receive as the roasts are prepared to the weight specified.
West Australian White Point Grassfed Wagyu Beef scotch fillet on the bone sourced from the banks of the Moore River, olive oil, organic lake salt, black pepper, paprika, dry rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano and sage. GLUTEN FREE.
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. We recommend that all spiced and salted roasts are stored at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours prior to cooking. Roast this masterpiece in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approximately 2-3 hrs. Cook the roast to an internal temperature of 58°C (Use a meat thermometer). Allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes in alfoil before carving. Dress the cooked slices with a brushing of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, oregano and hot English mustard that has been well mixed.
